What is your return policy?

How do I return an item?
To start a return, log into your account HERE where you will be able to submit a return request.
This will allow us to send you return instructions including return address details.
Please do NOT send returns to our registered address.

What is your return address?
Once you have started the returns process, we will be giving you return instructions which include the return address details.
Please do NOT send returns to our registered address as these will not be received by us.
We will be unable to issue refunds for items which are not received in a saleable condition.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item or it's defective?
If you receive the wrong item or it's defective, then please start the returns process here adding photo proof and we will assist you promptly.

Is there a time limit for returns?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, so if you change your mind for any reason at all, you will have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. For Christmas orders, this is extended to 75 days.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Unless the item arrives damaged or faulty (with photo proof), return postage is at your expense. Original postage won't be refunded unless the item is damaged or faulty.
For returns using untracked delivery, make sure to get proof of postage as we can not be held responsible if the item goes missing on its return.
How long does it take to process my return?
Refunds will be automatically processed within 10 business days.

Can I exchange for a different item?
Of course! To get your desired item faster, simply return the current one and make a new purchase. It's as easy as that!
